Oceanito is an AI solutions company registered in Delaware, USA, specializing in providing custom AI-powered services, such as internal knowledge agents, automation workflows, and dashboard integrations, primarily to nonprofit organizations (NPOs) and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) globally.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Site and its informational content. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. Oceanito’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Oceanito’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Oceanito.
It is important to clarify the ownership of data and outputs related to our services:
- Client Data: Clients who engage Oceanito for custom AI services retain full ownership of their pre-existing data provided to us for the purpose of service delivery.
- AI-Generated Outputs: The ownership, use rights, and confidentiality of specific AI-generated outputs, models, or insights created as part of a client project are governed by the terms of the separate, project-specific contract executed between Oceanito and the client. These general Terms of Use do not cover project-specific deliverables.
- Oceanito Tools and Methods: Oceanito retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its proprietary AI tools, algorithms, methodologies, and know-how developed or utilized in providing its services. Nothing in these Terms grants users or clients any rights to Oceanito’s underlying technology, except as may be explicitly stated in a separate service agreement.

THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED BY OCEANITO ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Site and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Site.
In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof, the parties hereto shall use their best efforts to settle the dispute, claim, question, or disagreement. Alternatively, at Oceanito’s sole discretion, legal proceedings may be commenced in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Delaware for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
